Challenge the Fastlane Sony Ericsson Xperia neo skateboard film

As part of my daily pottering around on the net I came across this fun video from McCann Erickson to promote the Sony Ericsson Xperia neo, and more specifically the camera feature of the phone.

Basic premise is that a bunch of skateboarders made helmets that prevented them seeing anything outside of the camera screen and then went and got their skate groove on.

I only wish this video had more genuine head-cam footage. Either way, here’s five minutes of footage that you won’t mind wasting your day watching:

There’s been a lot of videos floating around recently (from DJ Fresh’s Louder music video  to the Channel Four Industrial Revolution) that feature a cool soundtrack, a clear visual style and guys on wheels. It definitely seems to resonate with both advertisers and audiences alike. I’m not complaining though, some of the stuff produced is mad good.
